Taking over the seven Naughtiam shops and its e-commerce site

In September 2020, we acquired the business of “Naughtiam,” a retail format specialized in men's bags and miscellaneous goods, which is operated by Feel Good (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), a subsidiary of JINS Holdings. We expect that the takeover of the mail-order business and seven shops (Aeon Mall Takasaki branch, Aeon Mall Hanyu branch, Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza branch, Yodobashi-Akiba branch, Tokyo Dome City LaQua branch, Futako Tamagawa Rise shopping center branch, Kobe Harborland umie branch) will bring synergies within the Group.
