Sac’s Bar Holdings in numbers

Going beyond the numbers, we always strive to inspire our customers.

Reduction of plastic bag use 63,000 tons per year (2020 result)

At the Tokyo Derica shops nationwide, we have stopped using plastic (vinyl) bags and replaced them with paper bags since 2020. We anticipate a significant reduction in plastic waste.
* Crystal Pack (clear plastic bag) and non-woven cloth for gift wrapping or product packaging, as well as plastic covers for rainy days remain in use.

Lineup of 38 brands that carry Japanese-made products

Tokyo Derica has a lineup of 38 brands that carry Japanese-made bags and accessories (as of November 2020). We place great importance on sustaining and growing the market for Japanese-made products, working with manufacturing factories and craftspeople in Japan.

573 shops nationwide

From Hokkaido to Okinawa, we have a total of 573 shops nationwide (as of the end of March 2025). From community shopping centers to station buildings and main streets, we have shops in many different locations, making us one of the largest retailers of fashion goods.

Winner of eleven Tenant Awards

Our shops have won the "Developer & Tenant Award" sponsored by "Senken Shimbun", a fashion industry trade publication, for eleven consecutive years. Our efforts in creating appealing shops have been highly evaluated over the years.

About 40％ of our shops are located within large shopping centers

About 40% of all of our shops (254 out of 647 shops) are located in well-known, large shopping centers (40,000 m2 or more in size) nationwide. Being in great locations, our shops attract many customers and are very popular.

Number of suitcases sold
412,085 per year

Mainly featuring products by Lojel Japan, we have a significant share in Japan's suitcase market, with more than 412,085 suitcases sold annually (cumulative total from April 2019 to March 2020). Our suitcases have become familiar travel companions for many people.
